This service center of a major power carrier consisted of ground up construction of the electrical system for their newest operations location. Construction included a 30,000 square foot build out of office spaces/meeting rooms/in house fitness center housing LED lighting, decorative pendant light fixtures, localized power and data systems along with a 40,000 square foot build for their Transmission and Distribution fleet to dispatch from and service their vehicles. A 3,000 amp 480/277 Volt electrical service is distributed and powers the entire facility and also has a 1750 Kilowatt generator to provide constant power so the their team can service their customers no matter what the situation. The extensive footprint of the site also contains two garage outbuildings, pole lighting, a remote located fire suppression pump system, multiple Level 2 Electric Vehicle charging stations and two Level 3 EV chargers for the future growth of their fleet to electric powered service trucks.
